International: Flat $12.99 shipping to 23 countries.

Where Orders Ship From

We fulfil orders through a global warehouse network that includes US warehouses, so most items ship from within the United States. If an item is out of stock in our US warehouses, it may instead be supplied from an international warehouse so your order can still be completed. See Items Shipped From International Warehouses below for how this affects delivery times. Full tracking is included on every order.

United States Shipping

All US orders ship free, with no minimum spend.

Delivery estimates run from dispatch, not from your order date, and are not guaranteed. Express shipping is not available on all items; eligible products show this option at checkout.

Items Shipped From International Warehouses

Most items ship from US warehouses. When an item is not available in a US warehouse, we may fulfil it from an international warehouse. These orders still ship free to US addresses and include tracking, but delivery usually takes longer:

Some bulky items, or items with batteries or liquids, can take longer, and tracking can take several days to start updating. If your order is affected, we will email you and keep you informed. If an international delivery is taking longer than expected, contact us and we will help.

International Shipping

We ship to 23 countries for a flat rate of $12.99 USD per order. Orders ship from the warehouse in or closest to your destination country where possible.

We currently ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Customs and import duties: International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country on arrival. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping rate.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing the next business day. In busy periods processing can take up to 5 business days. Delivery estimates do not include processing time.

If we cannot ship your order within the time we stated (or within 30 days of your order if no time was stated), we will email you, explain the delay and give you the option to agree to the new date or cancel for a full refund.

Order Tracking

When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If tracking has shown no movement for more than 45 days (US orders) or 60 days (international orders) from dispatch, contact us and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or a full refund.

If tracking says “Delivered” but you have not received your package, first check with neighbours and safe spots around your property. If it is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before dispatch. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
