The bottle arrived dented, it took us longer to re-mold it than to install it, please check to make sure it's not broken or anything.

Received it but as you can see it is damaged so i would like a refund

I bought 2 croquettes and 2 bottles of water, but only 3 packages arrived.

The package arrived completely crushed, the seller took no precautions when sending the package.

It fulfills its function and arrived in good condition.

It does its job; my dogs started using it later on, I recommend it.
The bottle arrived bent, but I was able to return it to its original state.

It arrived well, on time and in good condition. The material is of good quality and the size is sufficient to hold food for up to 3 days. It only lacked a non-slip rubber strip, but that's not a problem.

It is a very aesthetic product, however, the bowl is too low and the dog splashes a lot of water around.

Price-quality. At Petco they cost about 400-600, and from what I bought here, it's worth it. It's for my kittens, so let's see how long it lasts hahaha.

So I can't say whether it's a good or bad product given the condition of the item; I can't use it. So basically, I'm being asked for my opinion, but I believe there was a major problem with transportation and packaging.

Very nice, it's bigger than I thought, I'm sorry about the water container being half crushed... I didn't return it because I needed it urgently.
