30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Item must not be damaged by the customer
• Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened food, treats, or supplements (including probiotics)
• Personalized or custom items
• Items marked as final sale
• Hygiene-related items (grooming tools, lick mats) once opened

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. No restocking fees are charged.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, your order may have already entered fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at hello@furroyal.com with your order number.

International Returns For international orders, please contact us before returning any item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. International returns follow the same 30-day window from the date of delivery.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. No restocking fees are deducted.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost — no return needed.
