I bought size M for a 15 kg French bulldog. Just right.
It looks good and works well, but it looks strange with the dog, and when you hold it from the front, the harness turns around; you have to tighten it a lot to prevent it from moving. (I use it with a medium-sized husky)

I liked the quality, but I didn't get the size right, even though I chose L according to the size chart. In my opinion, the bottom half is small, it pulls the whole structure forward and might rub against the paws, and there's no way to adjust it.
Perfect, this is the third one I've bought; they usually last a year, which makes it a very good product for the price.
