Shipping Policy

United States Shipping

All US orders ship free with our Standard service. If you need your order sooner, Express shipping is available at checkout for a flat rate of $12.99.

Delivery estimates run from your dispatch date, not your order date, and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We ship to 23 countries worldwide. A flat-rate shipping charge of $12.99 USD applies to all international orders, regardless of order size. We fulfil international orders from our CJ dropshipping warehouse network, using the warehouse closest to your destination.

We currently ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rate.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@furroyal.com within 7 days and we'll do our best to resolve it. For packages marked as delivered but not received, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier.
